Description

(Sweet Potato Vine) Sweet Caroline MEDUSA™ Green Ipomoea brings a unique new leaf form and more reserved nature to the family of sweet potato vines. Growing more mounded and less trailing, the leaves of Sweet Caroline Medusa™ Green are fan shaped with deeply cut fingers with new growth displaying a light purple flush maturing to chartreuse green. Growing 6-12 inches tall and spreading 18-30" inches long, Sweet Caroline Medusa™ Green can be used in hanging baskets, containers, and landscape plantings. With its excellent heat tolerance and medium vigor, Sweet Caroline MEDUSA™ Green Ipomoea is versatile in both sun and shade applications, but note that the color will be brighter chartreuse in full sun and be deeper green in shade.

The texture is fantastic

I don’t understand why Medusa is not more popular! It is hard to find!! It would be hard for me to garden without it. The texture is fantastic!

Did not look too healthy on arrival but trimmed dead leaves and planted. Has not grown hardly at all since planting but not giving up. Have purchased the sweet potato vines for several years and had no problems. This is a wait and see and much baby-sitting

Nice plants. Have had them for almost 2 months. Interested to see how they will do this summer.
