(Tall Garden Phlox) A summer standout is the Tall Garden Phlox. Breed for improved disease resistance, the LUMINARY™ collection lights up the garden. LUMINARY™ ‘Sunset Coral’ features beautiful coral pink blooms with a tinge of orange that light up the garden mid to late summer. Standing 30-32 inches tall and spreading up to 32 inches wide, this gorgeous Tall Phlox prefers to be planted in full sun to part shade locations in Zones 3-8. We recommend planting in a full sun location with good airflow. After the initial bloom give it a light trim to encourage a rebloom cycle. Phlox LUMINARY™ ‘Sunset Coral’ attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees to the garden. Tall Phlox are native perennials that make for excellent cut flowers. Plant in mass, or as a border to create a bright focal point in the garden. Phlox LUMINARY™ ‘Sunset Coral’ is a member of the Proven Winners® Perennial Collection.

Wanda –
I bought 2 of the small size a couple years ago. They have matured into beautiful plants. The flower color is so unique and bright. I have them planted with a Pugster blue butterfly bush and it’s a great combo. No mildew and even rebloomed this summer and we’re in a severe drought, I haven’t watered them but they are in a moist area of the garden (still very dry though).
