Midsummer, lavender bell shaped flowers with white insides emerge nicely nestled above the contrasting dark foliage.     We moved into a home that already established this plant. I love this plant. It has beautiful colored leaves (greener towards the bottom and dark purple black towards the top). I love having them sprinkled all over our backyard.
