Description
(Perennial Salvia) Add a perfect mound of color to your full sun garden with Salvia nemorosa 'Perfect Profusion'. Salvia 'Perfect Profusion' stands 16-20 inches tall and wide forming a perfect little mound. This late spring/early summer bloomer features a large cluster of spikes that have blooms from 'tip to toe' giving this plant full coverage color. As the flower fades, give the plant a trimming and wait for the flower to reappear. Planted in full sun locations, it is an easy to grow perennial with low to average water needs. Hardy in zones 3-8, this excellent pollinator plant attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. The fragrant flowers and foliage are pleasant to the human smell, but you will not find deer or rabbits near this plant.
