Description
(Geranium, Interspecific) Solera™ Watermelon Geranium features bold pink flower clusters that stand out amongst deep green foliage. Geraniums have a distinct flower and foliage shape unique to this flower type. Its blooms attract hummingbirds and pollinator bees, and brighten up the garden or containers. Solera™ Watermelon can reach a maximum height and width of 12-14 inches. It grows in a mounded habit which makes it perfect for containers or hanging baskets. Geraniums in the Solera™ series are also excellent garden performers and they can adapt to a variety of conditions when planted in the ground. It is heat and drought tolerant once established, and has light watering requirements. We recommend fertilizing your geraniums once a week during the growing season with a water-soluble fertilizer. Geraniums also require deadheading in order for it to rebloom throughout the summer. Geraniums have been well loved by gardeners for generations. Solera™ Watermelon Geranium is sure to bring color and cheer to your garden all season long!
