See what our great customers had to say about the Little Lime™ Hydrangea paniculata 'Jane'
I fell in love with this little hydrangea on first sight. In the two years I've had it, I've found it to be a delightful little addition to my garden, and it's my favorite cut flower also. Almost care free; cutting the flowers for arrangements doubles as pruning for me! The flowers open a lovely, delicate spring green and slowly turn to cream, then rose colored. I absolutely adore it!
(Hardy Hydrangea) Little Lime™ Hydrangea is a great new dwarf form of the popular Hydrangea ‘Limelight’ PP12,874, developed so you can fit it in any spot in your garden. Easy to grow, Little Lime™ produces huge, lime-green flowers that stay true to their color on strong, sturdy stems. The cut blooms are perfect in floral arrangements or can be dried for long term decorations. A Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Flowering Shrub.
Little Lime™ Hydrangea is best if pruned in late fall or early spring. Blooms on new wood. Make sure to prune off spent flowers when they turn brown. Prefers medium moisture, not as water dependent as Hydrangea macrophylla. Will tolerate drought. Deciduous shrub. Fertilize in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs.
