Veronica - Spike Speedwell

Veronica or ‘Spike Speedwell’ is an easy to grow perennial that rewards with long spikes of vivid flowers in colors ranging from white, to pink to purple. The early to mid summer blooms are a magnet to butterflies and hummingbirds but will deter the deer. Growing best in average, well-drained soil in full sun, Veronica can tolerate part shade. It is recommended to cut the plant back after blooming to encourage another flush of blooms.
