(Dwarf Morning Glory) Have you ever seen such a beautiful blue? Evolvulus BLUE MY MIND® has an amazing deep, sky blue flower with a tiny star shaped eye. The silvery green foliage compliments the deep blue flowers well. The hotter the better for this drought, heat and humidity loving variety (once roots have been established) . Evolvulus BLUE MY MIND® is a great annual for containers or landscape use. This mounding/trailing habit plant gets 6-12 inches tall and can spread/trail up to 24 inches. Northern gardeners should use caution if cold temperatures or frost are in sight, this plant likes it hot.

  1. Norma S

These looked gorgeous in the store so I purchased 5 and planted them in the ground as a border in my flower garden. However, about 98% of the time the flowers are closed up! Do they only open up in the very early morning hours?? I am ready to take them back to the store!

    • Heidi Grasman

Thank you for reaching out. These are a full sun, heat loving plant. Make sure they are getting enough sun. They also are drought tolerant and do best more on the dry side than on the wet side.

  2. Kimberly J

This is the first time I have used this plant and I love it. I paired it with the Supertunia Bordeaux and a Colorblaze Lime Time Coleus in a container. So far, it’s holding its own and looking great.

  3. Donna E

Love this plant… very low maintenance and plenty of beautiful color all summer long!

  4. Deb

This is stunning with orange and is so drought tolerant

  5. Tammy / Zone 4b

Beautiful blue flowers on a plant that can take the heat. I pair this with Diamond Frost Euphorbia for a look that lasts all summer.
