(Petunia x Calibrachoa) Looking to add pastels to your garden? Give SuperCal® Premium Pink Mist Petchoa a try! This petchoa features elegant pastel pink blooms with yellow centers. Its flower power means color all season long! Petchoa is a hybrid of petunias and calibrachoas with improved self-cleaning abilities and resilience to harsher weather conditions. Heavy rain, summer heat, and late spring frost won’t phase this variety. SuperCal® Premium Pink Mist Petchoa grows in a mounded habit with average vigor. It can reach a maximum height of 14-20 inches and a maximum width of 14-22 inches. It makes a wonderful addition to your container combinations, porch containers, window boxes, or hanging baskets. It is also an excellent performer in the landscape and creates a soft border or mass of color. Plant in areas that receive full sun exposure, and water just enough to keep the soil moist. We recommend trimming your petchoa once in the midsummer to promote a second flush of blooms. We also recommend feeding your annuals weekly with a water-soluble fertilizer.

Beautiful plant. Zone 9b- many designated for this zone, cannot take the summer heat. Premium Mist Petchoa outperformed the white Supertunia Vista. Large lavender pink/white flowers, on a large plant, were one of the good surprises. Planted as filler for Dahlias, it rapidly overtook the pot. Trimming of course to keep it in line, Petchoa’s will be on my list for next year.
