(Obedient Plant) The Obedient Plant is aptly named for its well-behaved, clump forming habit. Physostegia virginiana 'Miss Manners' from Darrell Probst is a beautiful white Obedient Plant. Blooming from June through Fall, the crisp white blooms, much resembling a snap dragon, line the stems that are nestled above the bright green foliage . Standing 18-24 inches tall, the foliage of 'Miss Manners' has a strong stemmed, upright habit that does not require staking. Planted in full sun 'Miss Manners' attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and honey bees to the garden. Obedient Plant makes for a great cut flower. A superior native addition, we do recommend trimming you plant back after it blooms to encourage additional flowers throughout the season. - More Info
