(Fern-leaved Bleeding Heart) Finally a Bleeding Heart that can handle the sun! Dicentra ‘Pink Diamonds’ is an alpine-type dicentra that prefers to be grown in full sun areas that have good drainage. This is not your typical bleeding heart! Standing 12-16 inches tall and spreading up to 18 inches wide, ‘Pink Diamonds’ Dicentra boasts loads of beautiful medium pink flowers from early summer into the fall. This reblooming perennial is hardy in zones 3-9, perfect for virtually any area in the US. Planted in well drained areas with full to part sun, ‘Pink Diamonds’ is a slow grower, but once it gets established puts on a full show of color. This deer resistant perennial attracts hummingbirds and pollinators to the garden. The perfect size perennial for borders, rock gardens, and container planters you will enjoy the clusters of pink heart shaped blooms all summer long. Dicentra ‘Pink Diamonds’ is a Proven Winners® Perennial.

I’m going to order this plant. I have a lot of sun in the front but a shade garden in the back! So will have these beauties in front!

I love this plant. Blooms spring to fall in full sun. I plant to buy more for my back yard flower bed.

These plants are incredible! I planted 6 last summer. Everyone is back and blooming. There is a wave of pink and blue and green foliage along my sidewalk.
