Heliopsis, or False Sunflowers, are bright and cheery summertime flowers. ‘Touch of Blush’ features beautiful flowers with golden yellow petals, burnt orange accents, and a dark brown center. These flowers bloom in midsummer and last into late summer. Its variegated leaves are light green with dark green veins. These leaves have a hint of light pink when they first appear, which is why it was named ‘Touch of Blush’. This Heliopsis is hardy in zones 4-9, and can reach a maximum height of 18-20 inches and spread of 16-20 inches. Plant in full sun to part shade areas with moderate soil conditions. We recommend deadheading the flowers once they are spent, to keep the plant clean and healthy. Heliopsis can be planted as part of a garden border, as a specimen in the garden, or in containers.
