Replacing ‘Cranberry Crush’, ‘Valentine’s Crush’ features a brighter red flower with a deep purple eye, each flower reaching 7-8 inches across. The flowers open flat for even more impact. The deep green foliage has a bronze appearance in the full sun. Standing 5 feet tall and 3.5 feet wide, SUMMERIFIC® ‘Valentine’s Crush’ Form an upright vase-like habit. Hardy in zone 4-9, SUMMERIFIC® ‘Valentine’s Crush’ likes to be grown in full sun to part shade locations with average water needs. Rose mallow is one of the later perennials to emerge in late spring, but once it does it fills out quickly and starts to bloom mid to late summer.
