(Violet) Viola ‘Etain’ is very popular because of its long bloom time. Though flowering is most abundant in spring to early summer, blooms continue through October. The large 1.75 inch yellow flowers of ‘Etain’ have beautiful contrasting lavender edges, and are incredibly fragrant. ‘Etain’ can handle full sun to full shade, but in southern climates, full to part shade is recommended. This violet has a clump-forming habit, as opposed to other violets, which spread like a ground cover. Growing only 6 to 8 inches tall and wide, ‘Etain’ looks perfect in rock gardens, containers, woodland areas, borders, and edgings.

    Colorful
This plant arrived very healthy and has been growing beautifully in our garden over the past few weeks. I love this plant not only because of how colorful it looks, but because it is very hardy.
