(Coneflower) A must have Coneflower to add to your collection is Echinacea SOMBRERO® Adobe Orange. Every time I went to the trial gardens, SOMBRERO® Adobe Orange was always putting on an impressive show. SOMBRERO® Adobe Orange features 2.5-3 inch bright orange flowers that don’t lose their color. Standing 18-20 inches tall and spreading up to 20 inches across SOMBRERO® Adobe Orange forms an upright mounding habit. Planted in full sun to part shade, Coneflowers are drought tolerant and can grow well in most soil conditions. Blooming from early summer into the fall, SOMBRERO® Adobe Orange attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. This native, deer resistant perennial provides interest well into the winter with the dried seed heads for the birds. Echinacea is a garden staple that is easy to grow. Enjoy Coneflowers as a border, in mass or in your container gardens. A Garden Crossings Favorite.
