(Butterfly Flower) Enjoy the wispy pink blooms of Gaura STRATOSPHERE™ Pink Picotee as a thriller in your combination containers. Gaura STRATOSPHERE™ Pink Picotee stands 12-24 inches tall and spreads to 12 inches wide. The wispy pink and white bi color blooms dance above the airy green foliage. Gaura like to be grown in full sun areas and are hardy in zones 6-11. Although we are selling this as an annual, in some areas of the country it may come back year after year. Gaura STRATOSPHERE™ Pink Picotee is drought tolerant and attracts butterflies to the garden. With its long bloom time from spring through summer you may find that your Gaura STRATOSPHERE™ Pink Picotee gets a little long and leggy. If this is the case we recommend giving it a slight trim to encourage additional branching and more flowers that will be nestled in closer to the main foliage. Enjoy Gaura STRATOSPHERE™ Pink Picotee in hanging baskets, patio planters or planted in your garden to add a airy look.

My friend gave me these years ago and planted in my garden, the whimsical flowers reminded me of ballet dancers. 20 years later I’m still buying these because they grow so well no matter where I plant them!
I’ll be back for more this year.
