(Designer Hosta) Hosta ‘Rainforest Sunrise’, a sport of Hosta ‘Maui Buttercup’, is characterized by its bright color. The leaves of this smaller Designer Hosta emerge a solid light green then soon develop dark green borders with luminous gold centers. ‘Rainforest Sunrise’ is slug resistant and produces light lavender flowers on 24 inch scapes in midsummer.
