(Hosta) With a name like 'Humpback Whale' you would expect huge things from this hosta. Standing over 3 feet tall and spreading up to 7 feet, 'Humpback Whale' is a giant hosta. The foliage is bright blue-green, with heart-shaped leaves that are heavily textured forming a large mounding habit. The blue is most prominent in the spring. Plant in full sun to part shade. 'Humpback Whale' produces cup shaped white flowers that stand up to 4 feet tall on blue-green stems. Hostas are an easy to grow perennial for shade to part shade gardens.
