(Clematis) Great for containers as well as in the garden, Boulevard® Samaritan Jo™ clematis is a real joy to bring to the landscape. Its compact height of 4-5 feet makes this the ideal selection for container gardens as well as mingling up a shorter obelisk. Boulevard® Samaritan Jo™ has pointy white flowers lined with lavender edges that give the flower a nice contrast. The anthers in the center are deep purple with creamy yellow tips. These flowers pair beautifully with its dark green foliage. It can tolerate full sun, but we recommend planting in a partially shaded area for the best color. It is best practice to keep the roots of your clematis well shaded by either shorter plants or with a layer of mulch.
