Echeveria ‘Violet Queen’

Echeveria ‘Violet Queen’

(Echeveria) Add to your succulent collection with ‘Violet Queen’ Echeveria. Standing 3-5 inches tall and wide ‘Violet Queen’ is a perfect succulent for container growing as well as in rock gardens. Much like Hen & Chicks, Echeveria forms a central rosette that is surrounded by many offspring as it matures. ‘Violet Queen’ features silver-green foliage when under stress it appears blue-green with light pink tips. ‘Violet Queen’ is a drought-tolerant succulent that prefers to be grown in well-drained locations in the full sun. Hardy in zones 9-11, in cooler climates we recommend planting in a container that can be brought in for the winter. Once indoors you will want to place your ‘Violet Queen’ Echeveria in a window that receives bright light. We recommend watering when the top one inch of the soil is dry. Killing them with kindness is where some people go wrong. Succulents are easy to grow, just be careful to not overwater.
