(Astilbe) Looking to add a splash of color to your part shade garden? Look no further than Astilbe ‘Little Vision in Pink’. This compact Astilbe stands 14-16 inches tall and spreads up to 16 inches wide. The dark green foliage forms a dense clump of heavily serrated leaves. Mid to later summer, bright, bubblegum pink flower spikes emerge and open to fuzzy pink blooms. Part of the Chinese Astilbe Family, ‘Little Vision in Pink’ can be grown in full sun to full shade locations. Although moist soil is preferred, this Astilbe can handle more drought conditions. Hardy in zones 4-9, this mid-summer bloomer is a great choice for woodland gardens, borders, and in containers. No need to worry about the deer and rabbits with this critter resistant gem. The fragrant flowers are great for cutting as well as drying. Plant as a specimen or in mass and enjoy the beautiful blooms of Astilbe ‘Little Vision in Pink’ in your landscape or garden.
