(False Spirea) Astilbe ‘Milk and Honey’, finally a white astilbe that holds up well under sun and drought! ‘Milk and Honey’ overflows with creamy white plumes that turn light pink as they age. The two color effect is lovely and very unique! This vigorous grower has bushy foliage that is somewhat marbled with green and silver when it is young. As the plant matures, the deeply incised foliage turns to glossy green. Are deer a problem in your garden? Astilbe ‘Milk and Honey’ is deer and rabbit resistant! The old foliage should be trimmed away in the spring before the plant wakes up again. This will help protect the roots from harsh winter weather. Astilbe is easy to grow and looks showy in mass plantings or borders.

Love the soft billowy plums these plants have. Mine our 5 years old and they have grown to large full mounds. Won’t be disappointed when adding these to your garden
