(Coneflower) With so many Coneflowers it is hard to pick just a few. The EYE CATCHER™ series is unique due to its compact size, excellent branching and bold flower color. EYE CATCHER™ ‘Atomic Orange’ stands a compact 16-18 inches tall and wide, the dense branching results in more flowers. The large, single, deep orange blooms are 4 ½ inches wide with a dark brown cone. Hardy in zones 4-8, EYE CATCHER™ ‘Atomic Orange’ Echinacea prefer to be grown in full sun to part shade locations. They are adaptable in fertile to dry soil locations. Enjoy this deer resistant native perennial in your gardens or patio planters. Coneflowers attract pollinators such as bees, butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden. Cut a few blossoms and enjoy indoors or leave them to dry and watch the birds enjoy the seeds. Plant one or plant them all, Echinacea make great collections.
